The firm’s principal and founder, Prasada Rao, has been working as a faculty in the USA since 1997. He has worked for the University of Kentucky, Duke University, and Johns Hopkins University. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at California State University, Fullerton.
Students mentored by him have completed their higher studies in well-respected institutions around the world. Several of his former students now hold faculty positions in universities worldwide, including the University of Oxford.
His research was supported by grants from federal agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Defense, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Bureau of Reclamation. He has supported expert litigation witnesses in high-profile hydrology and soil contamination cases before the U.S. Federal courts. He has delivered invited talks at multiple institutions, including The United States Military Academy at West Point.
