The firm’s principal and founder, Prasada Rao, Ph.D., has been working as a faculty in the USA since 1997. He has worked for the University of Kentucky, Duke University, and Johns Hopkins University. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at California State University, Fullerton. He possesses extensive expertise in the scientific, engineering, and legal aspects of hydrology, groundwater contamination, remediation, and flood management. He has supported expert litigation witnesses in high-profile cases before the U.S. Federal courts and The Supreme Court of California.
His research was supported by prestigious grants from several major federal agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Defense, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Bureau of Reclamation. He has also been invited to deliver keynote at numerous institutions, notably including the United States Military Academy at West Point.
A frequent invitee to evaluate the US and World Universities rankings methodologies, he formulated and led the implementation of a few international agreements between universities in the USA and worldwide.
Students mentored by him have won numerous highly competitive awards, including the Harvard Mason Fellowship, Competitive Merit Scholarships and tuition fee waivers across multiple universities in the USA. Some of his former students are now in faculty positions in highly respected institutions, including Oxford University.
